the idea swarm child is coming from the loneliness he felt during his life as an international student.
living in others nation, he has to endure and learn thing he should not have to know at his teen age. home-sickness, betrayle by friends, problems of culture and language, and even experience of gun violence. however, he knows that he is as powerful and fearful as swarm in his heart. hE NEVER CHOOSE TO GIVE UP, AND TRY TO FIGHT BACK AND PROVE SOMETHING IS WRONG TO THOSE WHO UNDER-ESTIMATE HIM IN THE PAST.
SWARM, UNLIKE BEES, DO NOT BELONG TO A HUGE FAMILY, BUT THEY HAVE THEIR PRIDE AND THEIR POWER. ALTHOUGH BEING SMALL IN SIZE, THEIR PORTENTIAL IS UNPREDICTABLE, JUST AS SOWEN FROM CHAOYANG.

Although not good at surfing, sowen was attracted by the culture of pacific beach when he was in l.a. california in which shawn stussy developed surf wears of pacific style. using adobe softwares, sowen combined the two logos together and the effect is surprisingly well. pinkish color acctivate black and gray swarm child which is slightly heavier in color key.
